The innovation that we are talking about is something that will
revolutionize the technologies used in the TVs so far. Showing off its

roll-able as well as a 18-inch transparent OLED panel, LG has by all
means attracted all eyes from the tech communities from around the
world.Talking about the display, the flexible OLED panel has a 1200x810
pixel resolution and the panel can be rolled up to a radius of 3cm
without affecting the function of the display.
LG says that this indicates that the company can bring rollable TVs
of more than 50 inches to the market in the future.In-Byung Kang,
senior vice president and head of the R&D centre at LG Display,
said, "We are confident that by 2017, we will successfully develop an
Ultra HD flexible and transparent OLED panel of more than 60 inches."
Thus, we can expect a rollable TV sets larger than 50 inches soon from
LG. Moreover, trying to master in OLED displays. LG Display has been
investing heavily in it. Just last year LG announced its plans to spend
$655 million on manufacturing infrastructure for a factory in South
