Apple released iOS 5.1.1

Apple have just dropped minor update to its iOS mobile operating system that addresses a number of fixes and improvements, now on its version 5.1.1.

Here are the highlights of iOS 5.1.1:

1. Network switching bugs with the new iPad have been fixed

2. Fix the bug that interfered with AirPlay video playback

3. Fix the glitch affecting HDR photos when using the lock screen

4. Removal of the bug that prevents Safari from syncing bookmarks

5. Fix the glitch in software purchases from the App Store

It’s recommended that you update your iPhone or iPad with its latest software.

You can download the iOS 5.1.1 update that is around 50MB so you’ll have to wait a little while for its download and installation
