Samsung had announced the Galaxy Grand 2
for the Indian market earlier this week. Successor to the original
Galaxy Grand a.k.a Galaxy Grand Duos,.
Specifications of Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 :
- It features dual-SIM support, 5.25-inch 720p TFT display.
- The Grand 2 runs Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean).
- Powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor.
- 1.5GB of RAM.
- The Galaxy Grand 2 comes with an 8GB built-in storage, expandable up to 64GB via microSD.
- The smartphone has an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and Auto Focus and 1.9MP secondary camera.
- In terms of connectivity, the smartphone supports Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, BT4.0, GPS + Glonass, USB 2.0.
- It is powered by a 2,600mAh battery, providing up to 10 hours of playback and 17 hours of calls. The smartphone comes pre-installed with various apps such as ChatON, Samsung Hub, S Health, Group Play, S Travel, S Translator, Samsung Link, Story Album.
