Twitter will redesign its website to look more like its mobile app. Twitter made the announcement yesterday, and it tweeted out pictures of how the new layout would look like. The redesign hasn't rolled out completely for everybody yet, but is expected to in the next few days.
The redesign isn't drastic, most notably it moves the profile picture and background art to the upper-left corner, and the compose tweet box is now below it. This allows much more space for the actual feed on the right, which makes for better viewing of rich Twitter media such as images and Vines.
